These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all digital product sales (ebooks) made through the website MyGlobalTravelGuide, operated by MyGlobalTravelGuide, a business registered in France.
By purchasing a product on this Site, the customer (hereinafter “you” or “the customer”) fully accepts these Terms.
1. Products
MyGlobalTravelGuide sells digital travel guides in the form of downloadable PDF ebooks. These are non-physical products delivered via email or through a user account.
2. Prices
All prices are listed in euros (€) or other specified currencies and include all applicable taxes (VAT where applicable). MyGlobalTravelGuide reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable is the one displayed at the time of purchase.
3. Payment
Payments are processed securely via Stripe, accepting major credit and debit cards. Payment must be made in full before the product is delivered.
4. Delivery
After successful payment, the ebook is available:
- Via instant download on the confirmation page.
- Sent to your email address.
- Optionally available in your customer account if one is created.
5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is downloaded immediately after purchase. By confirming your order, you waive your right of withdrawal.
6. Refund Policy
